I'm not usually one for gimmicks, gadgets, gizmos, doomaflotches, doomahackeys or whatchamacallits. Unless we are talking the candy bar, I just love that blend of peanut flavored crisp and caramel bar covered in milk chocolate. It's stellar.

Anyhow, I just recently purchased a Gillette "powered" Fusion, the new gaudy (I just love that word) 5+1 blade shaver.

Is it the best a man can get? The answer is yes. I am a modest; "fairly-hairy beast" & I can assure you that this razor is the closest thing to a clean shave that I have ever received. When that steel hits that face I becomed engulfed in the shaver's Xanadu, I think when the steamed mirror faded I saw KD Lang smiling at me.

Hi there. It's been awhile, it's all my fault. How have you been? Anything new & fancy in your life? Mine has been rather, errr, irrelevant.

I went to the video store the other day & couldn't find a single film to rent. I then asked the 5th different video store if they had HOLLYWOOD SHUFFLE by Robert Townsend & they looked at me blankly. They have freakin' Sinbad DVD's & loads of Whoopi Goldberg DVD's but no Hollywood Shuffle? The idea is just ludicrous to me. And how on earth was Sinbad ever in high enough demand to merit him an acting career? It's completely mind-boggling. Hell, I am suprised Whoopi Goldberg still had a career after 1986's JUMPIN' JACK FLASH. Ick.
